Sitting around waiting for our last permit check, I pulled the finder off my F3 and toyed around with waist-level aiming. To my surprise, I was immediately surrounded by kids who weren't there before, all craning to get a view of each other on the ground glass. Which provided a perfect oportunity for close-up shooting... much to the amusement of some Japanese trekkers.

And then it was time to go, they vanished, we stood up and walked the last streach to the road.
