This elaborate pedestrian bridge was built to link campus to Braamfontein. It was useless from day one: everyone preferred to cross the road on foot. Now that the campus is fenced off (without a gate here) and the other end is blocked up to keep the homeless out, it's little more than a billboard.

I'm not sure why I like this, despite it's faults. I was testing out an ancient 28mm f/6.3 lens (which I aim using a Nikon!)
